As a follow up to the story from yesterday, here is a clip from the Abe Kanan Show on SiriusXM Radio. Tom Dotterer is a high school sports coach and the owner of local liquor store. He was robbed and shot in the eye last week. He then stated that the worst thing to happen to him last week was when The Rock pinned CM Punk. Tom appears on Abe Kanan to talk about his new found pro wrestling fame.
He is surprised by the longest reigning WWE champion of the modern era, CM Punk. It is a great listen because of how big a fan Mr. Dotterer is. Imagine this man was shot in the head just over a week ago. Enjoy!
This is why I'm a CM Punk fan. He gets it. He doesn't talk about being one of the people, he acts like it. Still waiting for The Rock to come through the crowd and be one with the people. Closest thing he gets to real people is when he brushes by an extra on set of one of his movies.
